½ Pig: Stone Valley Farms

100% Local Heritage Pork, humanely raised, family farmed, finished on walnuts. No hormones, No antibiotics.

¼ Beef: Oak Ridge Angus Beef

Pasture-raised on local grasses and finished with 100% non-GMO barley spent brewer’s grain sourced sustainably from Bear Republic Brewery.

Oak Ridge Angus steers average 750# hot weight (weight after slaughter and evisceration), giving each ¼ share an average starting weight of 187.5# (bone weight included). ¼ Steer fits nicely in 4 cardboard banana boxes or a large chest cooler. $5.49/lb on hot weight.

½ Lamb: William’s Ranches

100% Grass-fed Lamb, raised locally in coastal pastures using traditional methods.

William’s Ranches lambs average 40# hot weight (weight after slaughter and evisceration), giving each ½ share an average starting weight of 20# (bone weight included). A ½ lamb share fits in 1 cardboard banana box or a medium chest cooler. $324 for whole lamb.

½ Goat: Sonoma Hills Ranches

100% Pasture-raised Boer goat, no pellets, no antibiotics.
