Who We Are

We are a traditional butcher shop that specializes in local meat, sausages, and smoked meat. We are Sonoma County's go to USDA-inspected and Custom Exempt meat processing facility, serving ranchers and hunters across the Bay Area. For terrific service in an old-school butcher shop, visit SCMC in Santa Rosa where we always have trained butcher on duty.
